Terms of Use

Effective: 2026-09-15Operated by: Supplement Manufacturing Partner Inc.

These terms govern your use of theseniorhealthreview.org, operated by Supplement Manufacturing Partner Inc. ("we," "us," "the board"). By reading, browsing, or otherwise using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, the only enforceable option is not to use the site.

What this site is, and isn't

The Senior Health Review publishes editorial ratings and reports on supplements and wellness products marketed to older adults — verification scores, plain-language findings, and breakdowns of the research behind common claims. It is not a retailer, not a pharmacy, and not a medical practice. We don't sell, warehouse, ship, or fulfill any product discussed here; every purchase happens on a third-party retailer's or manufacturer's own site, under that party's own terms, pricing, and policies.

Editorial content and opinion

Ratings, scores, and findings represent our editorial judgment of publicly available evidence as of the date shown on that entry. Evidence changes over time, and we revisit entries when it does, but a rating displayed today reflects what was known when it was last reviewed — not a live, continuously verified certification of a product.

No warranty on third-party product claims

We don't manufacture, formulate, or independently lab-test the products we write about, and we have no control over what a manufacturer says on its own packaging or marketing. Any claim made by a manufacturer or retailer about its own product remains that party's claim and that party's responsibility. We make no warranty, express or implied, about the safety, efficacy, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose of any third-party product referenced on this site, and nothing here should be read as our endorsement of a manufacturer's own marketing language.

No professional advice

Content on this site is for general information only and isn't a substitute for individualized medical, legal, or financial advice. Talk to a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, and before changing or stopping any treatment on the basis of anything read here.

Intellectual property

The text, structure, and rating system used across this site are the original work of Supplement Manufacturing Partner Inc. You may quote a limited excerpt with attribution and a link back to the source entry; republishing an entry in full, or reproducing the rating rubric as your own, isn't permitted without written consent.

Third-party links

Reports link out to studies, government agencies, clinical guidelines, manufacturers, and retailers. Once you leave theseniorhealthreview.org, you're on a site we don't control and aren't responsible for — including that party's own content, availability, pricing, shipping practices, or privacy handling. See Shipping and Returns for more on how purchases made elsewhere are handled.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Supplement Manufacturing Partner Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, reliance on any entry or rating, or a product purchased through a linked retailer — including damages related to that product's performance, safety, or a transaction with the retailer that sold it. Where liability can't be fully excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount, if any, you paid directly to Supplement Manufacturing Partner Inc. in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a free editorial site, is typically nothing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Supplement Manufacturing Partner Inc. harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Suffolk County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the site evolves. Changes take effect once posted here, and continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Together with the Privacy Policy, Disclosure, and Cookie Policy, these terms make up the entire agreement between you and Supplement Manufacturing Partner Inc. regarding use of this site.
